Chéticamp Co-op Businesses
The Chéticamp Co-op owns and operates various businesses for the sustainability of the organization and the benefit of it’s members and non-members within the community of Chéticamp and surrounding areas. Owning retail businesses provides a tangible way for Chéticamp Co-op members to engage with the cooperative. Members can visit the stores, participate in events, and gain a better understanding of the cooperative’s values and products. The Chéticamp Co-op businesses also contribute to the economic stability of the co-operative, allowing the organization to have a positive impact on the local community by creating jobs, supporting local charities and organizations, and contributing to economic development.
Retail
The Chéticamp Co-op retail division consists of the Food Market and Home Hardware. Come in and choose from a vast selection of renowned brand names and locally made products.

Chéticamp Equitable Living Association
The Chéticamp Equitable Living Association is a not for profit organization, owned by the Chéticamp Co-op. Currently it owns residential real estate for the purpose of renovating into housing for community members. The goal of the organization is help the Co-op to provide for the needs of the community.

Chéticamp Commercial Real Estate
The Chéticamp Co-op currently owns several buildings that they lease to tenants and are in the process of renovating. The Co-op is looking into future developments to better serve their community.
